The University of Southern California Wrigley Institute for Environmental Studies invites you and your family to embark on a journey of scientific discovery at our very special Family Science Program!

Why not make this a summer your family will never forget? Join USC faculty, staff and researchers at USC’s “other” campus, the Philip K Wrigley Marine Science Center on beautiful Catalina Island. Just over 20 miles off the coast, it’s a world away…

Snorkel in our marine sanctuary with marine researchers. Hike the “off the beaten track” paths of Catalina. Look for marine mammals while you kayak. Relax, unwind and learn all at the same time!

• Session 1 - May 23-26
• Session 2 - June 20-23
• Session 3 - July 21-25
• Session 4 - Aug 1-4

Prices: (Excludes housing)
• Session 1, 2 & 4: $500 (12 and over); $325 (ages 5-11)
• Session 3: $600 (12 and over); $400 (ages 5-11)

The programming price includes all equipment, activities, meals, and the transportation to and from Catalina Island. Housing is additional.

We have a variety of different housing options for you and your family, ranging from traditional dorm-style units to new "island elegant" private apartments and cottages. Please contact us for different options and rates.
