The Chamber Day Dive Boat Raffle insures that someone aboard every boat participating in Chamber Day (including the Flying Dutchman) wins something. The Dive Boat Raffle Prizes are divided between the 13 Chamber Day boats. Each diver on every boat gets one Dive Boat Raffle Ticket. Additional tickets cannot be purchased. This gives everyone an equal chance to win any of the Dive Boat Raffle Prizes on their boat.
